ברוכים הבאים ל-www.dubis.net ("האתר"). האתר מופעל על ידי מותג DUBIS ("אנחנו"). שימוש באתר או ביצוע רכישה מהווים הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם משהו לא מסתדר לכם, כתבו לנו לפני שאתם מוותרים: dubis.brand@gmail.com.

1. מי אנחנו

DUBIS הוא מותג ביגוד ישראלי הפועל אונליין בלבד ומוכר פריטי לבוש בהדפסה לפי הזמנה. הייצור והמשלוח מתבצעים עבורנו על ידי Gelato, רשת הדפסה בינלאומית.

2. מוצרים והזמנות

כל פריט מיוצר לפי הזמנה, במיוחד עבורכם. התמונות באתר מדויקות ככל האפשר, אך ייתכנו הבדלי גוון קלים בין המסך לבד ובתהליך ההדפסה.

אנחנו רשאים לסרב להזמנה או לבטלה במקרים חריגים (חשד להונאה, טעות מחיר ברורה, בעיית זמינות). אם ההזמנה כבר שולמה, תקבלו החזר כספי מלא.

3. מחירים ותשלום

התשלום מתבצע בצורה מאובטחת דרך PayPal, וניתן לשלם גם בכרטיס אשראי רגיל בלי חשבון PayPal. פרטי כרטיס האשראי לא מגיעים אלינו ולא נשמרים אצלנו.

הסכום הסופי לתשלום, כולל משלוח, מוצג במסך התשלום לפני האישור. המחירים באתר עשויים להתעדכן מעת לעת; המחיר שמוצג בקופה ברגע הרכישה הוא המחיר המחייב.

4. משלוח ואספקה

זמני המשלוח הם הערכות המבוססות על נתוני חברות השילוח. עיכובים של מכס או שילוח אינם בשליטתנו, אבל אם חבילה מתעכבת באופן חריג, כתבו לנו ונטפל. קישור מעקב נשלח במייל עם יציאת החבילה.

בהזמנות בינלאומיות, אגרות מכס או מסים שגובה מדינת היעד חלים על הלקוח.

5. ביטול עסקה (לצרכנים בישראל)

זכות הביטול שלכם לפי חוק: בעסקת מכר מרחוק, צרכן רשאי לבטל את העסקה מיום ביצועה ועד 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר או מיום קבלת מסמך פרטי העסקה, לפי המאוחר, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981, ותקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א-2010.

איך מבטלים: הודעה בוואטסאפ 052-366-2526, במייל dubis.brand@gmail.com, או בכל דרך יצירת קשר אחרת המופיעה באתר. ציינו שם ומספר הזמנה.

6. החזרות והחלפות

לא קלעתם במידה? כתבו לנו בוואטסאפ תוך 30 יום מהמסירה ונסדר החלפת מידה. פגם, פריט שגוי או חבילה שאבדה: החזר מלא או הדפסה מחדש, לבחירתכם. כל הפרטים: מדיניות ההחזרות.

7. קניין רוחני

כל התוכן באתר, כולל טקסטים, עיצובים, סלוגנים, תמונות ולוגו DUBIS, שייך לנו או ברישיון אצלנו. מותר לשתף וליהנות; אסור להעתיק, לשכפל למטרות מסחריות או להדפיס על מוצרים משלכם בלי אישור בכתב.

8. אחריות למוצרים

אנחנו אחראים לכך שהמוצר יגיע תקין ותואם להזמנה. פגם בייצור, בהדפסה או נזק במשלוח מכוסים במלואם כמפורט במדיניות ההחזרות. הוראות הכביסה מופיעות באתר; נזק שנגרם מטיפול שלא לפי ההוראות אינו מכוסה.

9. הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת לפי דין, לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי הנובע מהשימוש באתר. אחריותנו הכוללת בקשר להזמנה לא תעלה על הסכום ששולם עבורה בפועל. הגבלה זו כפופה להוראות דין שאינן ניתנות להתניה, ובכלל זה דיני הגנת הצרכן.

10. פרטיות ונגישות

11. דין וסמכות שיפוט

על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל. אין בכך כדי לגרוע מזכויות מחייבות המוקנות לצרכן לפי הדין במקום מושבו.

לפני כל הליך משפטי, אנחנו מבקשים הזדמנות אחת הוגנת לפתור את הבעיה ישירות. רוב הבעיות נסגרות בהודעת וואטסאפ אחת.

12. שינויים בתנאים

נעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. שינוי מהותי ישתקף בתאריך "עודכן לאחרונה" שבראש העמוד. המשך שימוש באתר לאחר שינוי מהווה הסכמה לנוסח המעודכן.

Welcome to www.dubis.net ("the Site"), operated by the DUBIS brand ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, write to us before you walk away: dubis.brand@gmail.com.

1. Who We Are

DUBIS is an Israeli online-only apparel brand selling print-on-demand clothing. Production and shipping are handled for us by Gelato, an international print network.

2. Products and Orders

Every item is made to order, printed specifically for you. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but slight color variation between screen and fabric, and in the printing process, can occur.

We may refuse or cancel an order in exceptional cases (suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, availability issues). If you already paid, you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by PayPal, and you can pay with a regular credit card without a PayPal account. Your card details never reach us and are never stored by us.

The final amount, including shipping, is shown on the payment screen before you approve. Prices may change over time; the price shown at checkout when you buy is the binding one.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates based on carrier data. Customs or carrier delays are outside our control, but if a package is unusually late, contact us and we will chase it. A tracking link is emailed when your package ships.

On international orders, any customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 14 days of an approved cancellation. Consumers in Israel additionally hold the statutory cancellation rights described in the Hebrew version of this page, under Israel's Consumer Protection Law. 6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including texts, designs, slogans, images, and the DUBIS logo, belongs to us or is licensed to us. Sharing and enjoying is welcome; copying, commercial reproduction, or printing our designs on your own products requires written permission.

7. Product Warranty

We are responsible for your item arriving intact and matching your order. Manufacturing defects, print flaws, and shipping damage are fully covered as detailed in the Returns Policy. Care instructions are on the Site; damage caused by care that ignores them is not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for it. This limitation is subject to any law that cannot be contracted out of, including consumer protection law.

9. Privacy and Accessibility

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not reduce mandatory consumer rights you hold under the law of your place of residence.

Before any legal proceeding, we ask for one fair chance to fix the problem directly. Most issues are resolved with a single WhatsApp message.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. A material change will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated version.
