Return & Refund Policy
Every DUBIS item is made-to-order — printed specifically for you when you buy it. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
That said, we stand fully behind the quality of our products. If something is wrong on our end, we'll make it right. No runaround.
What We Cover
We will replace or refund your order if it arrives:
- Damaged or defective — torn, cracked print, manufacturing defect
- Wrong item — wrong product, size, or colour was shipped
- Lost in transit — no tracking movement for 30+ days and officially declared lost by the carrier
What We Don't Cover
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selected (please use our size guide)
- Minor colour variations between screen and print (inherent to digital printing)
- Damage caused by washing contrary to care instructions
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
- Email us at dubis.brand@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Attach a clear photo of the defect or wrong item
- Tell us your preference: replacement or refund
We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges, as each item is printed on demand. If you'd like a different size or colour, we'll refund your original order (if eligible) and you can place a new order.
International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are outside our control and are non-refundable.
