בקצרה: אנחנו אוספים רק מה שצריך כדי לספק לכם הזמנה ולתפעל את החנות. אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי לאף אחד. המידע משותף רק עם ספקי שירות שבלעדיהם אין הזמנה (תשלום, הדפסה, משלוח) ועם כלי מדידה סטנדרטיים שמפורטים כאן במלואם.
מדיניות זו חלה על האתר www.dubis.net ("האתר") המופעל על ידי מותג DUBIS ("אנחנו"). היא נכתבה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, ומתארת את מה שקורה בפועל, בלי אותיות קטנות.

1. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
כשאתם מבצעים הזמנה
- שם מלא, כתובת משלוח, מספר טלפון, כתובת מייל
- פרטי הפריטים שהזמנתם, סכום ההזמנה, ומזהה העסקה
- פרטי כרטיס אשראי לא מגיעים אלינו לעולם. התשלום מתבצע כולו אצל PayPal (גם כשמשלמים בכרטיס רגיל בלי חשבון PayPal)
כשאתם נרשמים לעדכונים או משאירים מייל
- כתובת המייל שהשארתם. אם השארתם מייל כשיש פריטים בעגלה, ייתכן שנשלח תזכורת אחת עם קישור לשחזור העגלה
כשאתם גולשים באתר
- נתוני שימוש בסיסיים: אילו עמודים ומוצרים נצפו, מזהה ביקור אקראי
- מדינת הגלישה לפי כתובת IP, כדי להציג שפה ואפשרויות משלוח נכונות
- מקור ההגעה לאתר (למשל קמפיין או רשת חברתית), לצורך מדידת שיווק
2. עוגיות, אחסון מקומי וכלי מדידה
האתר משתמש בעוגיות ובאחסון מקומי בדפדפן. חלוקה מלאה:

איך מגבילים? לחיצה על "דחייה" בבאנר העוגיות חוסמת את Google Analytics. את שאר כלי המדידה אפשר לחסום בהגדרות הדפדפן, במצב גלישה פרטית, או בהרחבות לחסימת מעקב. אפשר גם לנהל העדפות פרסום ישירות אצל Meta.
3. עם מי המידע משותף
אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי. נקודה. המידע מועבר אך ורק לספקי שירות שנדרשים לתפעול, וכל אחד מקבל רק את מה שהוא צריך:
- Gelato (הדפסה ומשלוח): שם, כתובת, טלפון ופרטי הפריטים, כדי לייצר ולשלוח את ההזמנה
- PayPal (תשלום): מעבד את התשלום כולו. כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של PayPal
- Supabase (מסד נתונים) ו-Vercel (אירוח): התשתית שהאתר רץ עליה
- Resend (שליחת מייל): אישורי הזמנה ועדכונים
- Meta, Microsoft, Google: כלי המדידה שפורטו בסעיף 2
מעבר לכך, נמסור מידע רק אם נידרש על פי דין.
4. דיוור
- מיילים תפעוליים (אישור הזמנה, עדכון משלוח) נשלחים לכל מזמין
- דיוור שיווקי נשלח רק למי שנרשם, וכולל אפשרות הסרה בכל מייל. אפשר גם פשוט להשיב "הסירו אותי"
5. אבטחת מידע
האתר מוגש בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS) בלבד. הגישה למסד הנתונים מוגבלת ומאובטחת. פרטי תשלום, כאמור, לא נשמרים אצלנו כלל.
6. כמה זמן המידע נשמר
נתוני הזמנות נשמרים כל עוד הם נדרשים לצורכי שירות, חשבונאות ודין. נתוני מדידה נשמרים לפי מדיניות הכלים המפורטים בסעיף 2. מייל שנרשם לדיוור נשמר עד בקשת הסרה.
7. הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, אתם רשאים לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם, לבקש לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו. שלחו בקשה ל-dubis.brand@gmail.com ונטפל בה תוך 30 יום לכל היותר, בדרך כלל הרבה קודם.
8. תושבי קליפורניה (CCPA)
הפירוט המלא מופיע בגרסה האנגלית של עמוד זה (כפתור English למעלה). בתמצית: אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי, ואתם רשאים לבקש גילוי או מחיקה של המידע שלכם ללא כל אפליה.
9. קטינים
האתר מיועד לרוכשים מגיל 18 ומעלה. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע על קטינים.
10. שינויים במדיניות
אם נעדכן את המדיניות, נשנה את תאריך "עודכן לאחרונה" למעלה. שינוי מהותי יוצג באתר באופן בולט.

Privacy Policy

In short: we collect only what it takes to fulfill your order and run the store. We never sell personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers an order literally cannot happen without (payment, printing, shipping) and with the standard measurement tools listed in full below.
This policy covers www.dubis.net ("the Site"), operated by the DUBIS brand ("we", "us"). It describes what actually happens, not boilerplate.

1. What We Collect
When you place an order
- Full name, shipping address, phone number, email address
- The items you ordered, the order total, and a transaction ID
- Your card details never reach us. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal (including regular card payments made without a PayPal account)
When you sign up for updates or leave your email
- The email address you provided. If you leave an email while items are in your cart, we may send a single reminder with a cart-restore link
When you browse
- Basic usage data: pages and products viewed, a random visit identifier
- Your country, derived from your IP address, so we can show the right language and shipping options
- How you arrived at the site (for example a campaign or social network), for marketing measurement
2. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
The Site uses cookies and browser storage. The full breakdown:

How to limit tracking: clicking "Decline" on the cookie banner blocks Google Analytics. The other measurement tools can be blocked with browser settings, private browsing, or tracker-blocking extensions. You can also manage ad preferences directly with Meta.
3. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell personal information. Period. Data goes only to the service providers the store runs on, and each one gets only what it needs:
- Gelato (printing and shipping): name, address, phone, and item details, to produce and deliver your order
- PayPal (payment): processes the entire payment, under PayPal's own privacy policy
- Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting): the infrastructure the site runs on
- Resend (email delivery): order confirmations and updates
- Meta, Microsoft, Google: the measurement tools listed in section 2
Beyond that, we disclose data only if required by law.
4. Email
- Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates) go to every customer
- Marketing email goes only to subscribers, with an unsubscribe option in every message. Replying "unsubscribe" works too
5. Security
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS only. Database access is restricted and secured. Payment details, as noted, are never stored by us at all.
6. Data Retention
Order data is kept as long as needed for service, accounting, and legal requirements. Analytics data follows the retention policies of the tools in section 2. A subscribed email is kept until you ask to be removed.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email dubis.brand@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
8. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
- Categories we collect: identifiers (name, email, address, phone, IP), commercial information (orders), and internet activity (pages viewed, referral source)
- We do not sell personal information. We use advertising measurement tools (Meta Pixel) that may be considered "sharing" under California law; you can opt out of that by blocking the pixel as described in section 2 or by contacting us
- Your rights: to know what we hold, to request deletion, to opt out of sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these. Submit requests to dubis.brand@gmail.com
9. Children
The Site is intended for purchasers aged 18 and up. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged prominently on the site.
